Today's strip is another one of those that came about from a real-life situation. I knew that a limited edition signed guitar from KISS' Paul Stanley was being offered exclusively at Target stores but forgot exactly when. I didn't see the ad until yesterday and of course there wasn't one to be found anywhere. UGH! Maybe somewhere in the back of my mind I believe that Paul Stanley will see this comic, chuckle and have pity on a poor soul. But, yeah, I DO doubt it. Anyway, enjoy!

This past weekend I made an appearance at Mid-Ohio-Con, a Comic and Pop Culture convention in Columbus, Ohio. There, not only did I see Janet and Larry from Three's Company, but I also met the personable and cute Danielle Corsetto, creator of the webcomic Girls With Slingshots as well as Jerry Carr and Brian Maze from BadMonkeyBrain.com. It was a pleasure and an honor to finally meet Brian as his webcomics Mouser, Freak Central and GigaWhut? were, at one time, a part of Hyena Comics of which Toon It Up is now a card-carrying member.
