The Kid Ain't Alright!

Today's strip was suggested by Bob, a friend of mine, in an email that simply said, "I bet Gib has nightmares about Pete Townshend." That was all it took for this gag to materialize. As you may or may not know, though it's pretty commmon-place for instrument smashing to go on these days, back in the late sixties and early seventies there was a little more shock value involved. The Who's Pete Townshend was one of the pioneers and still does it to this day. Poor Gib! ;)
