Watch out Iron Man, cuz here comes Dakk Stark, The Invincible Iron Platypus! 'Nuff Said!
The newest Dakk Waggitt mini-toon was done for my son Kyle who enjoys playing the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts video games. It's Dakk Strife!

This maxi mini toon of Dakk Waggitt was done as part of the weekly challenge over at Toon Weekly. Last week's drawing challenge was a pirate and I thought that was the perfect excuse to revisit this spoof of Pirates Of The Caribbean. By the way, the Character Profile for Dakk will be up within the next couple of days, I'm just tweaking the bio.
Here is another character profile from I, Platypus: The Chronicles Of Dakk Waggitt, my graphic novel-in-process. This one is of Katie's brother Kyle, who, at first, doesn't even have a clue that his sister is harboring a stray platypus. Let me know what you think.

I'm not going to be offering this Toon It Up for inclusion in Indy.com Magazine as it's a little too timely. In fact, I almost missed the boat by posting it here this week instead of last, but deal with it! By the way, I have nothing against ABBA, even though I probably should, it just seemed like something to which Marshall could relate. |
